Our process starts by learning about you, your style preferences and how you’d like to use the space. To learn about your project we first have you complete an extensive kitchen and/or bath survey. Also we ask for inspiration photos. Without this vital information we’re guessing at what you want, which is never a good spot to be in.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a vision for your new space. Our design team is super creative at taking your survey and coming up with fresh ideas. Also often times it takes several design revisions to get exactly what you want. Ultimately the more we learn about you up front the smoother the design process will go for everyone.
If you’d like to move foreward with us once the design is complete there are two options. The first option is full service remodeling. This is where we’re purchasing all materials (except for kitchen appliances), handling construction from start to finish and installing all materials.
The second option is cabinets only. In this case you’re willing to do more legwork yourself, you have a general contractor to handle construction and install. Also you’re purchasing all materials except for cabinetry and possibly cabinet hardware. When providing cabinetry we prefer to handle cabinet install. You’re spending a lot of money on cabinetry and we want them to go in perfectly with no disputes. Once you’re ready for cabinet install we’ll schedule a site review to make sure cabinets are ready for delivery and install.
At our design studio we have 3 kitchen vignettes on display, several dozen cabinet doors and cabinet sample chips. We carry a number of cabinet lines offering a wide array of styles. We do have some countertop and tile samples. However if you’d like to see additional countertop and tile samples we can point you towards leading vendors in the area. We do not sell kitchen appliances, however we do have reputable local appliances vendors to recommend.
Design prices shown below are updated daily based on our design team’s availability. All plans in the Standard, Premium 4K and Ultra 360 are prepared by one of our National Kitchen & Bath Association, NKBA Certified Kitchen & Bath Designers, CKBD. Our team has won multiple awards and was also featured in the Washington Post.
