Primary Bath Remodel | Alexandria, VA

Master Bath Remodel | Alexandria, VA

We love this primary bath in Old Town Alexandria! The clients elected to go with unlaquered brass fittings from the Waterworks studio line. The finish will patina over time and if you look at the photos closely it’s already started. The primary bath vanity has a tilt-out hamper in the center. What looks like four drawers is where the hamper is located. To make up for drawer space we added a tower. This bathroom used to have a 5′ tub and separate shower. The homeowners never took baths and the shower was tiny. Also the vanity space was limited. After seeing our renderings they decided to open things up a bit and eliminate the tub. The end result is a much more functional bathroom for them. This townhouse is located on Duke St in Alexandria, VA 22314.

Sleek and crisp contemporary bath remodel in NW Washington DC. The tub was removed and converted to a shower. Client chose materials keeping her in a good to better budget range. Nothing too extravagant, simple and a nice refresh. The vanity cabinet was custom made.
